IQ Cent Bonus Terms and Conditions

This document outlines the rules governing deposit bonuses offered by IQ Cent to clients.
  1. Introduction

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing deposit bonuses offered by IQ Cent to clients, including those accessing the platform from Pakistan. By accepting a bonus, a client agrees to be bound by these rules in addition to the general client agreement. These terms apply to all promotional bonus programs unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

IQ Cent reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time. Clients are responsible for reviewing the current version of these terms before accepting any bonus offer.

  1. Eligibility

Bonus offers are available to new and existing clients who hold a verified trading account with IQ Cent. Eligibility for a specific bonus may depend on the account tier held by the client at the time of the qualifying deposit. Account tiers are defined separately in the account terms.

IQ Cent reserves the right to refuse or cancel a bonus for any client without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional conditions, or violation of the general client agreement. In such cases, any profits generated using the bonus may also be cancelled and removed from the account.

  1. Bonus Structure and Account Tiers

IQ Cent operates a tiered account system. The bonus percentage associated with a deposit varies according to the account tier. The following table summarises the general structure as documented in IQ Cent’s bonus rules:

Account Tier | Approximate Minimum Deposit | Approximate Bonus Percentage
Bronze | USD 250 | Up to 20%
Silver | USD 1,000 | Up to 50%
Gold | USD 5,000 | Up to 100%
VIP | USD 50,000 | Up to 200%

These figures are indicative and may change at any time. The applicable bonus percentage for a given deposit is confirmed at the time the bonus is credited to the account. The maximum total bonus that may be credited to a single client account in any calendar year is USD/EUR 100,000.

  1. Turnover Requirement

4.1 General rule

Acceptance of a bonus creates a turnover obligation. Before a client may withdraw either the bonus funds or any profits generated while a bonus is active on the account, the client must complete a minimum trading turnover equal to three times the combined value of the deposit and the bonus received.

Example: If a client deposits USD 1,000 and receives a 50% bonus of USD 500, the total subject to turnover is USD 1,500. The required turnover is USD 1,500 multiplied by three, equalling USD 4,500 in completed trades.

4.2 Time limit

The required turnover must be completed within three months of the date the bonus is credited to the account. If the turnover requirement is not met within this period, IQ Cent may, at its discretion, cancel any profits generated using the bonus and remove them from the account. The turnover obligation itself may continue to apply even after the three-month period has elapsed.

4.3 Use of bonus funds

Bonus funds must be used exclusively for placing trades on the IQ Cent platform. Bonus funds may not be transferred, converted to cash, or used for any purpose other than trading activity.

  1. Withdrawal Conditions Under an Active Bonus

While a bonus is active on an account and the turnover requirement has not been completed, the following conditions apply to withdrawals:

  • If a client requests a withdrawal of the deposit or any profits before the turnover requirement is satisfied, IQ Cent may apply a withdrawal fee. Independent reviews and publicly available documentation indicate this fee may be approximately 20% of the withdrawal amount. This fee is applied per withdrawal transaction.
  • If a withdrawal is processed before the turnover requirement is met, the bonus and any profits attributable to the bonus may be cancelled and removed from the account at IQ Cent’s discretion.

Clients should be aware that initiating a withdrawal under these conditions may result in the loss of both the bonus and associated profits.

  1. Declining a Bonus

Bonuses are optional. A client who does not wish to accept a bonus and be subject to the associated turnover conditions may decline the bonus by contacting IQ Cent support at the time of the initial deposit. The request to decline must be submitted before any trading activity takes place on the account following the deposit.

To decline a bonus, clients should contact support at: support@IQcent.com

Clients who decline a bonus remain subject to all other applicable terms and conditions of the general client agreement, including any withdrawal conditions that apply to accounts without an active bonus.

  1. Referral and Other Promotional Bonuses

IQ Cent may from time to time offer referral bonuses or other promotional credits. These are subject to the same general bonus rules described in this document unless the specific promotion states different conditions. Referral bonuses are credited only when the referred client meets the qualifying conditions specified in the relevant promotion.

  1. Modification and Cancellation of Bonuses

IQ Cent reserves the right to:

  • Modify the terms of any bonus program at any time with or without prior notice
  • Cancel a bonus that has been credited to an account if the client is found to have violated these terms or the general client agreement
  • Refuse to credit a bonus to any account at its sole discretion
  • Cancel profits generated using a bonus if the applicable conditions are not met

In cases where a bonus is cancelled due to a violation, IQ Cent may also close the client account and withhold any profits generated through the use of the bonus.

  1. Risk Notice

Clients in Pakistan and elsewhere should note that trading binary and digital options involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The acceptance of a bonus increases the complexity of withdrawal conditions and may result in a client being unable to withdraw funds until substantial trading volume has been completed. Clients are advised to read these terms in full before accepting any bonus offer.

IQ Cent operates as an offshore broker and is not regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) or by major financial regulators such as the FCA, CySEC, or ASIC. Clients should consider this regulatory context when making decisions about depositing funds or accepting bonus offers.
